Hosting Rules for Minecraft Servers

General Terms

After purchasing a server, you will have access for 2 business days. If you experience issues with access, please contact us via Discord: xx_ksgaming_xx.
Failure to comply with the rules (e.g., exploiting bugs, crashing servers, DDoS attacks, or botting) will lead to immediate access removal.
Our support team guarantees to address issues within 2 business days after your purchase. Please provide clear information when contacting us.

Using bugs, exploits, or any form of cheating to manipulate the server is strictly forbidden.
Performing DDoS attacks or attempting to crash the server or any server machines will result in a permanent ban.
Botting or using automation scripts that affect server performance is prohibited.
Harassing or exploiting other users is not tolerated in any way.
Modifying game files or using unauthorized plugins that disrupt gameplay or server stability is banned.

Refunds are only available in emergency cases or if we are unable to fulfill the service.
If you encounter any technical problems during your usage, please reach out to support within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be processed for complaints after the service has been provided for more than 24 hours.
If you abuse the server or break the rules, no refund will be provided. Your access will be revoked immediately without warning.

You are responsible for all activity occurring on your server. Keep your login information secure.
Sharing your server with other players or third parties is allowed only with prior consent.
Server performance may be impacted if server resources are excessively used or if the server is overcrowded with users.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the immediate removal of access to your server.
Accounts found exploiting server vulnerabilities will be permanently banned.
If you witness any violation of these rules, please report it to us immediately to avoid further disruptions.

We reserve the right to revoke access to your server for violating any rules not explicitly listed in this document, based on our discretion.
If a user is found engaging in suspicious or harmful behavior, access to the server may be revoked without notice or refund.
